It is headed by its founding members Petrus Jacobus Venter, Marianna Venter and Skhumbuzo Ngcobo, who have a combined experience of 50 years in the soil erosion and construction industries. The company’s main target market has always been the mining industry. Since inception, the company’s turnover has been driven and generated from doing business with the country’s mining houses. The company is currently implementing a transformation strategy driven by our ethos of actively promoting equal access to resources across the gender and social boundaries.

Skhumbuzo Ngcobo has joined the company as a shareholding. He is spearheading the implementation of the Transformation Strategy, rebranding and reinventing the company as a Level 2 BB-BEE contributor for favourable public relations management. Whilst there are several methods to control soil erosion available in the industry, such as Retaining Walls, Water ways, Embankments etc. Dust and Erosion Control specialises in Soil Conservation Methods which include the expansion of vegetative cover, protective afforestation and maintenance of soil fertility.
