founded in 1998 as a Close Cooperation and
converted to a Proprietary Limited (PTY) LTD
in 2014. It is headed by its founding members
Petrus Jacobus Venter, Marianna Venter and
Skhumbuzo Ngcobo, who have a combined
experience of 50 years in the soil erosion and
construction industries.
